Risk Management and Preventative Maintenance
Qualification and screening of all contractors and sub trades prior to hiring.
Monthly, or as required, site inspections of properties for recommendations of structural and mechanical areas of buildings.
24 hour emergency call center to ensure a manager is always available.
Financials
Collection of monthly Contribution Fees from Owners for deposit in separate “trust” accounts in the name of the Corporation.
Maintenance of accounting records to include monthly customizable reports for the Condominium Board, including operating budgets and tracking of all expenditures.
Special Assessments, Special projects, and Loan funding support.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with rules and regulations as established by the Bylaws of the Condominium Corporation under Board direction, as well as the Condominium Property Act of Alberta.
In House Maintenance
Attendance for Board meetings, Annual General Meetings and any other Special Meetings, as required.
Management of owner and tenant concerns pertaining to bylaw infractions and maintenance items.
Ongoing support for Boards regarding contracts, progress reports and maintenance schedules.
Obtain and present insurance proposals to our clients to ensure competitive pricing.
Obtain and secure quotes, contracts and proposals of third-party consultants as requested.
In house handyman for maintenance available for all unit owners and residents.

Legal support as supplied by lawyers specializing in condominium and real estate law.
