Diversified Management Southern (DMS)
Diversified Management Southern (DMS), established in 1984 in Edmonton, AB, was founded with the goal of education for Owners, Condominium Boards and tenants, in all aspects regarding condominium living. Branching out to condominium management, leasing and sales,
in Calgary, AB, DMS strives to educate and assist clients with real estate related matters.
Licensing and affliations
DMS is licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) (www.reca.ca) an independentregulatory body for Property Management companies in Alberta, the Calgary Real Estate Board (www.creb.com) a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (www.cci.ca) and a memberof the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta (ACMA) (www.myacma.com).
Property Management
We offer residential Property Management to include townhouses, low-rise and high-rise style condominiums as well as Commercial Property Management including business centres, or commercial buildings with numerous floors of office spaces and/or bays.
our staff
We have a staff of fourteen (14), which consists of one (1) general manager overseeing marketing and development, six (6) property managers and leasing agents, three (3)accountants, one (1) financial controller who oversees all financials for every property managed
by the company, one (1) property manager assistant, one (1) executive assistance and one (1) receptionist.
